The repair service is to diagnose the issue with your disc drive. Sometimes the fault may be a mechanical issue a fault with the laser circuitry. This service will allow us to discover the fault with the disc drive so we can provide you with the correct solution to get it working again.
Once the fault has been found we will provide you with the full price of the repair and deduct the £19.99 paid through this service. This service is non-refundable.
