Once you have booked your repair one of our engineers will contact you to confirm your repair.
Our engineer will also give you an expected timeframe for the repair (Most repairs are completed same-day).
Once your device has been repaired, we’ll let you know straight way.
And as always your repair will be covered by our repair guarantee.

What happens if I select the wrong repair?
Once we have realised the wrong repair has been selected, we’ll let you know straight away.
We’ll give you the updated repair cost and if there is any amount to be paid or refunded.
And we’ll carry on with the repair as planned.
